Phase 1: Discovery & Onboarding (Days 1–3)

Objectives: Understand client needs, tone, brand, and use cases.

    • Use synthetic data or anonymized past tickets to simulate interactions
    • Test for edge cases, hallucinations, tone mismatch
  3. Client Review Session
    • Walk through sample conversations
    • Gather feedback from actual support agents
    • Tweak tone, coverage, escalation points

Phase 3: Soft Launch & Testing (Days 11–20)

Objectives: Pilot in a low-risk, controlled environment.

  1. Staging Environment Test
    • Deploy into a sandbox version of client’s support interface
    • Use real historical queries or “shadow mode” to test against live traffic
  2. Agent-in-the-Loop Setup
